At Ilampirai Kitchens, our traditional masalas, pure spices, and rice mix podis are freshly prepared in small hygienic batches without preservatives. Due to food hygiene and safety regulations, we do not offer general refunds once an order is placed and processed. We highly encourage customers to review their spice selections and pack sizes carefully before confirming the purchase.
Consumable Food Safety Policy
As per Indian food safety and sanitary standards, consumable food products (spices, masalas, and podis) cannot be returned once delivered. Please ensure that you verify all pack weights (100g, 250g, 500g, 1kg) and blend varieties before placing your order.
